I have to say.... I think you're my favourite Jessica cosplayer, because you're sooooo accurate to the fil it's insane! I just hope you treated your feet to a good spa treatment or something similar after wearing those heels! ^___^ But I have utter respect for you for being 100% accurate on this cosplay! *high five!*
That would've been a perfect time to get a foot massage from my favorite guy at the salon I normally go to for pedicures! We talk about nerd stuff like video games and movies, even cosplay and cons, he's so awesome! Unless I really need one before a wedding or something, I generally only get pedicures if he's available. XD I was sad that last time I went there he was on vacation, awww...
I never get manicures though. People touching my fingernails, ugh... *shivers*. I'm very particular about my fingers. XD
They really did. XD People ask me all the time "how can I walk in them?" and I'm like "NO, REALLY... I CAN'T." XD
You should've seen me collapsing to the ground after 20 minute periods of shooting, kudos to ballerinas and other chicks that can dance and jump on their toes- I can't even stand on my toes with a heel to back me up!
You look very sexy and the fitting on the top is perfection. It's pretty entertaining to me that people are going to argue with you about the shoes. Especially when they are guys. Cosplay is serious business amirite?
I understand not everyone will like the "Barbie pink shoes", as someone called it, but I'd rather have a different color entirely than mismatched shades of red. I already have four pairs of red pumps that are not bright enough to match this dress (they're more of a deep crimson than jet set red), so I wasn't exactly in the mood to buy more red shoes, especially if they didn't match anyways. XP
I'm sure that would look pretty too! I wanted my shoes to not match the dress, since they don't exactly match it in the song scene in the movie for whatever reason. X3 I do wish they were more of a magenta than hot pink, but meh... all I know is that I didn't want straight up red.
It's a little weird like that. XD Her dress isn't straight up crimson red either, but that's the classic default. I've actually seen one Jessica do a more magenta-pinkish dress, and it was gorgeous! She also had pale pink shoes, going off of the movie, which was definitely a unique take! =3 Also, I've seen someone use purple lining on the inside of the dress which wasn't accurate per se but soooo gorgeous! I almost thought about doing that as well.
